Craig Schlagbaum is Recurring Revenue Channels' founder and managing partner, launched in February 2024. Before this, Craig was the SVP and Indirect Channel Chief at Comcast Business, where he managed a $1 billion business with over 150 indirect channel team colleagues and thousands of partners. With over 30 years of experience in indirect sales and channel leadership roles at Ingram Micro, Sony, IBM, Qwest, NTT/Verio, Level 3, and Comcast Business, Craig has built award-winning channel programs throughout his career. He has been named a top CRN and Channel Futures Channel Chief multiple times over the last 20 years and was also recognized as one of CRN's 50 Most Influential Channel Sales Leaders in 2023. Additionally, he received a Lifetime Achievement award from Channel Futures in 2018. Craig's success lies in building long-lasting and mutually beneficial partner relationships.

Cary Tengler is a seasoned sales and business development executive with over 35 years of experience in the telecom, cable, SaaS, and security sectors. He is widely recognized for his expertise in building and managing channel sales programs across North America and global markets .Most recently, Cary served as Vice President of Indirect Sales at Comcast Business. In this role, he played a pivotal part in creating an award-winning partner program that generated $1 billion in annual sales. Currently, Cary is the founder and managing partner of Channel Acuity LLC, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to helping companies optimize their channel sales strategies. Throughout his career, Cary has managed strategic alliances with industry leaders such as IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Ciena, Juniper Networks, and Fortinet. He holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. Based in Denver, CO, Cary is an avid cyclist and golfer who enjoys spending time in the mountains.

Dalyn Wertz is an accomplished marketing executive with over 25 years of experience spanning the IT, telecommunications, consumer, and nonprofit sectors. She specializes in building high-performing channel programs with expertise in partner marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy. Most recently, Dalyn served as Executive Director of Indirect Marketing at Comcast Business. Under her leadership, she developed the award-winning Comcast Business Indirect Channel Program that drove $1 billion in annual revenue. Her contributions have earned her numerous accolades including nine consecutive years on CRN’s Power 100 list of influential women in the channel. She has also been recognized with the CTAM TAMI Award and Channel Futures’ Circle of Excellence honor.
Dalyn currently serves on the executive board of the Channel Marketing Association and the advisory board for Baptie & CO, Club Next. Earlier in her career, she held key roles at Level 3 Communications, StorageTek, GE Access, and CompTIA.
Dalyn resides in Evergreen, CO.

David Busam brings over 25 years of expertise in building and managing revenue operations functions for technology companies. His career spans designing revenue acquisition strategies as well as implementing systems to drive growth within telecommunications and broadband sectors. David has held leadership roles at organizations including Wide Open West (WOW), Comcast Business, Level 3 Communications, Qwest Communications, and MCI. At WOW, he led initiatives across Pricing & Offer Management; Sales Operations; Business Intelligence; GIS/Serviceability; Compensation & Incentives; Training; Credit Controls; and Revenue Assurance. He also has extensive experience developing sales automation tools to streamline quote-to-cash processes across multiple organizations.
David holds an MBA from Auburn University and resides in Denver, CO.
